Carole Josephine Charpenier
Carole Josephine (Ross) Charpentier entered eternal rest on September 9, 2020, in Live Oak, FL, after less than a month long struggle with COVID. Carole was born in Springfield, Massachusetts to Lucy Rinaldi (Marvici) and Leo Ross on January 26, 1942. She was a devoted mother, seamstress, and avid quilter all her life. Carole lived the past 35 years with her beloved husband Richard “Frenchy” Charpentier, who predeceased her (May 1, 2020) earlier this year. Carole and Frenchy enjoyed their Christian life and their favorite pastime was thrifting, antiquing and finding hidden treasures along the way. Carole was met by her husband, parents, and four siblings as she passed through heaven’s gate. She leaves behind her beloved children Ava Grace, Jeffrey (Lillian) Green-Gray, James (Sissy) Ruis and her sister Sarah Elizabeth Polinsky; as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and her cat Minou.
A Celebration of Carole’s life will be continuous in her family and friends lives, and she will be laid to rest with her husband Frenchy at a graveside service at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Safe Passage
